We are aware of over 200 confirmed cases of ABS in the United States and in the world. We have a support group with over 900 members and we believe that ABS is seriously underdiagnosed.
Research: We currently have over 30 people with ABS and their caregivers participating in a research study to demonstrate that ABS is caused by certain types of fungi and bacteria. We also seek out opportunities to support future research and publications.
